- Register Your Return: I accept returns on non-customized and non-personalized items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or a mistake on my part.
Contact customer service via email to register your return. - Receive Return Label: After registering your return, I’ll send you a return label to your email address.
- Packaging Requirements: All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging intact.
- Drop-off at Service Point: Hand in your parcel at a designated service point.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 14 days. You’ll receive an email notification. Please keep your return confirmation until you’ve been reimbursed. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on my part.
